Since 2003, Paul has been deeply engaged as a Thought Leader in the eCOA space where he has held roles creating and running Design, Launch and Post Launch Maintenance Operations, refining and defining go to market strategy and leading design on how to best serve customer personas - specifically CROs, Sponsors, Sites and Patients.

Acting as the binding agent between Delivery, Platform and Commercial - Paul is relentlessly passionate about 2 things - Purpose and Community. Purpose in that everyone has a place that best suits their desires and capabilities so that they can thrive, and community in that we all win and learn together - enjoying, what is a complex thing to do right, at every turn.
